By accessing and using My Sub Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Platform Purpose & Role

My Sub Hub is an information platform designed for dance studios and instructors to share professional details, availability, and preferences.

No Endorsement or Validation

My Sub Hub does not validate, certify, endorse, or guarantee any user, studio, instructor, or opportunity. All information displayed on the platform is provided by users at their discretion.

Independent Decision-Making

All hiring, scheduling, coverage, and participation decisions are made independently by studios and instructors. My Sub Hub does not participate in negotiations, bookings, or contractual agreements.

No Guarantees

My Sub Hub does not guarantee availability, performance, reliability, suitability, or outcomes. Use of the platform does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

Public Visibility

Certain profile information may be visible to the public for informational purposes only. Public visibility does not enable contact, booking, or participation by non-professional users.

Limitation of Role

My Sub Hub provides tools and information to support coordination and communication. It is not a booking service, employment agency, or marketplace for consumers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using My Sub Hub, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on the platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

6. Payment and Transactions

My Sub Hub facilitates connections between studios and instructors. We are not a party to any payment transactions between users.

Payment disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved. We are not responsible for payment issues or disputes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

9. SMS Text Notifications

My Sub Hub offers optional SMS text notifications for urgent coverage alerts. By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to the following:

Opt-In Consent

SMS notifications are entirely optional and require explicit opt-in. You can enable or disable SMS notifications at any time in your notification settings.

Message Types

SMS notifications are limited to urgent, time-sensitive alerts only, including: emergency coverage requests, last-minute cancellations, coverage confirmations, and private coverage requests sent directly to you.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on coverage activity in your area and your notification preferences. You control whether you receive all urgent alerts or only those matching your availability.

Costs

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. My Sub Hub does not charge for SMS notifications.

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message
  • Disabling SMS in your notification settings
  • Contacting support@mysubhub.io

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you and require you to accept the new terms before continuing to use the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

My Sub Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
